Tasting Notes

Nose:

ose: Menthol with pencil shavings and old leather, with light notes of coconut and orange pie. Anise pierces the nose.

Taste:

Red berries in syrup, and even slightly on the wine side. Rhubarb, cinnamon and ripe pear. Coconut again, wet wood.

Finish:

Woody notes, cinnamon and citrus.
