Nose:
Peat smoke, fire, tar, tobacco, ash, leather, smoked meats. Later: citrus notes and sea breeze.
Taste:
Oily and smoky. The sherry barrel brought in some sweetness, latte, toffee and salted caramel. Wood, pepper, resin and burnt matches.
Finish:
Long spicy and smoky, with pepper and smoked fish.
